How files are kept
- This page is the front door. Every new document or live page gets a line here the day it is made.
- One folder per week of work:
2026-10-03/week-1/, thenweek-2/, and so on. Background from before the plan stays in2026-10-01/. - File names start with the plan code (C1, V8, N1...), so the tracker, the timesheet and the documents all use the same name for the same thing.
- Each document has one status: Done, Drafted (waiting on someone), Live, or Replaced. Replaced documents stay but point to what replaced them.
- Raw data goes in
raw/orraw-ahrefs/with the date in the folder name. Screenshots go inscreenshots/. - Vinny's tracker is the main plan. Our pages report on it; they don't replace it.

Copies of Vinny's pages (for reference; Vinny's live versions are the real ones): week-1/seo-plan-owners-timeline-2026-10-02.txt, tracker/owners-timeline-original-2026-10-06.html and tracker/original-2026-10-06.html.
Replaced: tracker/seo-gantt-2026-10-02.html and tracker/update_som_tasks.py. Vinny's tracker is now editable by the team ("+ Add work" and "Edit" on each row), so changes go straight into the live tracker. Do not send these files.
